LONNIES SCRATCH GRAVY - 1 MIN PREP 5 MINS COOK

 
1/4 Cup Sausage gravy - Brett Recommends Maple flavored and leaving 4 tablespoons of 1/4 inch chunks of suasage in at this point.
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
Salt & Pepper
 
Add flour to already hot suasage gravy one teaspoon at a time to you have a thick browned gravy substance
Add Salt and Pepper to Taste - I suggest starting with a 1/2 teaspoon of each - Dont skimp too much because this is where the flavor really comes from......
Add milk, then constantly stir and watch to make sure the bottom doesnt burn - total stiring time approx 5 mins
