BRETTS STUFFED CHICKEN - 30 MINS PREP - 45 MINS BAKE
Per Chicken Roll
One Chicken Breast
2 Tablespoons of your favorite cheese
2 Slices of Bacon
Salt & Pepper
Take chicken breast and place in a ziplock bag.
Beat chicken breast with a meat tenderizer until entire breast is no more then 1/2" thick
Shred cheese then form into a cheese cylinder about 2 inches long
Roll flattened chicken breast around cheese tube.
Roll bacon around chicken breast and hold in place using the two toothpicks
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook in Preheated oven at 450 for 45 mins
