Bretts Home-Made Potato(e) chips!  *** Total time less then ten minutes ***
Spray type nonstick oil
Fine Sea Salt in a Shaker
Course ground Pepper in a shaker
Slice potato as thinly as you can get them, I use a Cabelas meat slicer on the lowest setting
Place sliced potatos in a colander and rinse thouroughly
Take a dinner plate and spray with the non stick oil
Place potatos on plate not overlapping
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Place in Nuker for 4 minutes per plate
One potato will make three seperate plates
one potato will render to a sandwich size bag of chips in the end.
